Throughout September, the "Hunger Action Month" theme created a focal point for communities to mobilize and help people take action to end hunger. More than 800 volunteers of all ages joined Love the Hungry for regional packaging events that produced 93,222 fortified Nutri-Plenty® servings! Every nourishing meal brings hope to children and families worldwide that are most vulnerable to hunger. Our thanks to St. Peter's Lutheran School, Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church, University of Louisville Soul Day of Service, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Academy, St. John Paul II Catholic Church, and the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) for an awesome month of service!
