A multi-generational contra dance community in Louisville, KY for 50 years and counting. Swing into the rhythm with us! Mondays 8-10:30pm & 3rd Saturdays 8-11pm.

Don’t miss our free lessons @ 7:30pm. Let's dance! We also dance on the 3rd Saturday of the month and other occasions from time-to-time.

Hey, Everybody We have a ton of items that have been left behind and are waiting for their owners to come get them. If you have lost something at one of our dances, please come see if we have it and take it home. We will leave items out during the dance on 2/9. Anything left over after that will go to a local charity collecting items for the houseless. If you think you may have left something behind but can't make it to dance on Monday leave a comment and we will look for your item for you!

Swing your partner and join us for a lively Square Dance to kick off our annual Fleur De Lis Fling weekend!
All dances are taught and prompted — no partner or experience needed. Come for the fun, stay for the community, and dance to the joyful calling of Seth Tepfer with live music from The Whirligigs.

✨ What to expect: Easy-to-learn traditional squares, taught on the spot.
🎶 Caller & Band: Seth Tepfer (Atlanta) +
👫 Who can come: Everyone! Beginners and solo dancers warmly welcomed.
👟 What to wear: Comfortable clothes and clean, soft-soled shoes.
💧 What to bring: Water bottle, big smile, and plenty of energy!
💲 $10–20 sliding scale (pay what you can).

Schedule:
7:30 PM — First square begins
10:30 PM — Farewell waltz

This dance kicks off our annual Fleur De Lis Fling contra weekend (Nov. 14–16). Registration is still open — snag your spot for a full weekend of dancing, workshops, and community joy.
