Gather with friends and neighbors for a flavor-packed day at the Phoenix Hill Neighborhood Chili Cook-Off as we bring the heat and the heart of the neighborhood together. Check it out ⬇️

City officials are claiming that “everyone wants NULU building height maximums to be raised to 8 stories.” If you’re interested in sharing your support for historic preservation in NULU, please voice your concerns at this meeting Saturday. A rep from TARC will be at our next neighborhood meeting on Monday, Aug 26 at 5.30pm at Jefferson Street Baptist Church. TARC is facing historic financial challenges and a looming deficit. TARC 2025: Moving Forward Together is a key strategy to address this challenge and better meet our community’s shared priorities. Come to our meeting to learn more and to voice your hopes and concerns.
