Bro. ReShawn Young, a member of the Tau Chapter at the University of Louisville, had the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. to attend the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 55th Annual Legislative Conference, “Rooted, Ready & Rising.”

During his time in Washington, D.C., Bro. Young connected with leaders, professionals, and changemakers from across the country while engaging in meaningful conversations surrounding leadership, service, professional development, and issues impacting our communities.

Bro. Young also had the opportunity to visit Howard University, where he was able to see the historic plot where Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was founded.

Being able to stand where the foundation of our Brotherhood was built was a meaningful moment to reflect on the legacy, brotherhood, and vision that has continued since 1914.💙🕊️

Yesterday, the Tau Chapter had the opportunity to lend a helping hand at ELSB’s annual SOUL event! 💙🤘🏾

We spent the day serving alongside UofL Garden Commons( Campus Gardens at UofL ), giving back to our campus community and putting service into action. We’re always grateful for opportunities to come together, make an impact, and support organizations doing meaningful work at UofL.

Service is what we do. 🤝🏾🌱

We kicked things off with introductions, group activities, a few challenges, and plenty of competition throughout the night. Great turnout and even better participation from everyone who came through.

Today, members of the University of Louisville NPHC came together to welcome students back for the start of a new school year.

The brothers of the TAU Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. were honored to stand alongside our fellow Divine Nine organizations in service to the community. Opportunities like these remind us that collaboration, leadership, and service have the power to create a lasting impact.

Thank you to everyone who represented their organizations this morning and helped make the first day of school a welcoming and memorable experience for the students. Together, we’re proud to serve, uplift, and invest in the next generation. 💙🤍📚
