Artist Hospitality
Provide transportation for arriving principal artists.

Provide "Welcome to Kentucky Opera" bags for visiting artists. Prepare and serve rehearsal lunches. Communication Team
Inform guild members of opportunities and special events through telephone tag team or Email updates. Greet, Seat, & Host
Welcome our guests at: Lunch & Listen and Sights and Sounds. Opera Shop Sell Kentucky Opera merchandise at opera events. Office & Library
Assist with special

projects in the opera office. Work in the Plumb Boyer Library. Advocacy & Education
Support Education Programs such as: Kentucky Opera Studio Artist Program, OperaWorks, I'm Into Opera and Cinderella.

Thank you to those who came out to the Brasserie Provence fundraising dinner last week. It was a very successful night! We had amazing food, service & entertainment! SAVE THE DATE!!! Thursday, February 20th from 6-9pm

The Guild of Kentucky Opera joins with Brasserie Provence for a great night of French food & drink with entertainment by KY Opera Studio Artists. It's a great time to check out Guy Genoud's charming French bistro and to hear many of your favorite opera selections...along with a special Roméo et Juliette cocktail.

10% of the proceeds for the night will go to the Guild.

Brasserie Provence is located at 150 North Hurstbourne Parkway in the Forum Shopping Center (close to Shelbyville Road).
