📣 Big news from the Upstream team!

Since 2021, Upstream Sending has helped churches develop a healthy sending culture through a network of churches, ongoing coaching, and collaborative sending. Now, we’re uniting it all under one name and mission: The Upstream Collective exists to help churches send well.

Through this change, we believe we’ll be better able to serve local churches through equipping and global sending.

While we will no longer be posting on this page, we encourage you to stay involved!

We're excited to introduce our newest part-time staff member, Drew Trenz

Drew is our new director of finance and will bring overall leadership to our finances and accounting. Drew lives in Cincinnati with his wife Jami and their two kids. He leads a virtual accounting firm and is a non-staff elder at a local PCA church. In the past, Drew has served on staff at a few churches and has a deep passion for global missions.

We're excited to introduce you to our newest employee - Hannah Parker.

Hannah comes to us from Murray, Kentucky. She has experience as a discipleship director at a local church, administrator, and a midterm missionary, among other things. Hannah will be our organizational administrator and help Equipping and Sending execute our ministry to local churches.

Upstream Collective is excited to be experiencing growth. More churches are joining our community, more church leaders are being equipped, and more missionaries are being sent from healthy sending churches.

Because of this growth, we are hiring a new organizational administrator for our home office in Louisville, Kentucky. This new staff member will play a vital role in helping to manage the administrative and operational functions of Upstream Collective, including its Equipping and Sending ministries.
