KFW is thrilled to announce that Gwen Kelly is the winner of this year’s Sallie Bingham Award! Named for KFW’s founder, the Sallie Bingham Award recognizes Kentucky women who are leaders in changing the lives of women and girls across the state by supporting feminist expression in the arts. Gwen is being honored for her work and dedication as an artist, a facilitator, a workshop leader, community builder, curator, and educator.

Hey you! Did you know our new residency program isn’t just for sculpture artists?! Don’t let the JSP name fool you, there are multiple art forms welcome to apply!

APPLY NOW for our new KFW x JSP Residency! Apps close on August 17th!

KFW and Josephine Sculpture Park (JSP) in Frankfort, KY are partnering to provide a paid self-directed, process-based artist residency for emerging feminist social change artists of any discipline who reside in Kentucky. The program provides the resident artist the opportunity to support their artistic growth by developing and researching a project or ideas informed by Josephine Sculpture Park, an inspiring 40-acre park and organization with the mission to connect people to each other and the land through the arts.

Kentucky Foundation for Women (KFW) and Josephine Sculpture Park (JSP) and excited to announce a new partnership: The KFW x JSP Artist Residency!
KFW and Josephine Sculpture Park (JSP) in Frankfort, KY are partnering to provide a paid self-directed, process-based artist residency for emerging feminist social change artists of any discipline who reside in Kentucky.
