Love seeing pieces of banking history like this. Throwbacks like this are a great reminder of the deep roots community banks have and the relationships built over generations!

Pictured here is our current New Haven banking center, formally known as "Bank of New Haven"

Bank of New Haven of was originally established in 1905 and operated as a small rural community bank for 77 years. In 1982, they merged with Farmers Bank and Trust (now known as TCBT).

Based on what we can tell, this picture was likely taken between the mid 1970's-early 1980's. We love coming across memories like this. They remind us how much we have grown over the years as a community bank, while still holding on to the same values and principles that have guided us for decades.

We love to see our community invested in! Great work!

This week, we are highlighting Oopsie Daisy & Co. (Dustin and Kia Hayes) for their outstanding efforts at 20 Public Square.

The City of Leitchfield presented them with a Beautification Certificate at the recent City Council meeting to thank them for their commitment to keeping our town looking its best. When our local businesses and residents take pride in their property, it makes the whole community shine!

Stay tuned as we continue to feature more recipients who are helping beautify Leitchfield.
