Hi neighbors!

Hal Warheim Park in the Belknap neighborhood will host its annual Pub at the Park event on Friday, June 12, from 5:00 - 7:30 pm. This is a free, family-friendly event with great food, beverages, and live music.

This year, the Belknap Neighborhood Association will be on site with sign-ups for their brand-new historical home markers! These will be available for purchase to all Belknap homeowners whose homes were built in 1925 or earlier. You can check your home eligibility at the event.

Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs, grab a friend, and join us in supporting our treasured "hidden gem" park! Hope to see you there.

Norton Commons Artists, our hearts go out to everyone who experienced significant damage and loss of business due to the storms that passed through this weekend.

We’ve run a festival going on its 32nd year, and we know firsthand that not every year brings the best weather. Weather plays a big role in attendance and sales.

If you’re weighing whether it’s worth showing your art at a future event, we want to support your business in a meaningful way to ease costs and help get you back on the circuit this October. Fill out this form and we’ll be in touch with each artist very soon:

WATCH OUT NEIGHBORS!
Louisville Metro Government’s Office of Planning is warning residents and applicants about fraudulent emails claiming to be from Metro Government that request payment for “application approval fees.” These emails are not legitimate and should be ignored.

Louisville Metro Government will not request payment by email, wire transfer, or third‑party payment platforms. All application fees are due at the time of submittal through official channels only. Legitimate application-related communications come directly from Louisville Metro staff by phone or from a .gov email address.

How to Protect Yourself

Do not click links or open attachments from unknown or suspicious senders.
Verify the sender’s email address—official Metro emails end in .gov.
Do not reply to or send payment in response to these messages.
Report suspicious emails to [email protected] or to your assigned case manager.
If you are unsure, call the Office of Planning directly at (502) 574‑6230.
