This time last week we were in Nashville and getting ready to head to Birmingham! Now we’re back home and reflecting after an exciting week of service and fellowship. Youth Fusion 2026 might be over but that doesn’t mean we are finished sharing about it! We spent our last day with who was also gracious enough to let us stay with them. Then we made the drive back to Louisville and have spent the last couple of days resting. Thank you to everyone who went on the trip, sent someone on the trip, or prayed for the trip! We greatly appreciate all of you and can’t do it without you!

Another great couple of days on Fusion 2026! Yesterday we spent the morning at 16th Street Baptist and the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. Afterwards we headed to the Jimmie Hale Mission where we organized their dry stock pantry then performed for their residents. Wednesday we were up bright and early to drive to Selma to work at the then walk the Edmund Pettus Bridge. Afterwards we traveled to the Alabama state capitol in Montgomery to go see the SPLC Civil Rights Memorial and sing a few songs while a meal was served to our neighbors in need. Thursday morning we have one more project planned before we head home!

It’s been a whirlwind first few days of the Youth Fusion Trip 2026! We left early Saturday morning so we could get to Nashville and work with for the afternoon. From there we went to where we sang and worshipped with them Sunday morning then got some yard work done for them in the afternoon. Next stop was Birmingham! We spent Monday cleaning and exploring the Cahaba River with the . We still have many adventures planned for the next few days so stay tuned for more updates!
