🚨 BREAKING: NCAA OFFICIALLY ELIMINATES NIL RESTRICTIONS FOR RECRUITS! 🚨

The NCAA has agreed to permanently eliminate its rule that barred athletes from negotiating NIL deals before enrolling in school. This comes after a legal settlement between the NCAA and several state attorneys general, who argued the rule violated federal antitrust laws.

✅ Recruits can now negotiate NIL deals before committing
✅ Schools & boosters will have more influence in recruitment
