Who is KYMBA Louisville and Lincoln Trails?

KYMBA (Kentucky Mountain Bike Association) is a local nonprofit dedicated to creating, improving, and preserving great trail experiences across our region.
Your donations help build new trails, maintain existing systems, develop skills areas, and expand outdoor recreation opportunities. Every contribution helps turn plans into trails and keeps our community riding and exploring!

Thanks to all of our members and volunteers who made it out to New Albany on short notice!

If you’re a member and want to get more involved with building, maintaining, and volunteering with the club, please reach out. We’d love to have you involved.

If you’re not a member and wonder what KYMBA Louisville and Lincoln Trails does beyond working on trails, this is a great example. Our club works with local cities to help educate, provide guidance, and lead projects in the right direction to create great bike parks and trail systems.

Otter Creek is another great example of this type of work.

And if you don’t have the ability to volunteer, we can always use your donation to help with efforts like these.

The Waverly Clinic Loop is riding great, and honestly, all of the trails are looking really good. 😎

Note: the little hip jump did not have enough moisture to compact. So I would avoid that one for now. 

Big shout out to Catalyst Sports - Louisville , Louisville Parks and Recreation and all the volunteers for teaming up with us to make this project possible!

We can’t wait for the ribbon cutting and bike party on September 26th to celebrate the opening of the reworked Clinic Loop as a new adaptive mountain bike trail! 🚵‍♀️🎉

Thanks to all the amazing volunteers who showed up to tame the jungle known as Fort Duffield. Several trails are completely open and one section was shutdown and marked with caution ⚠️ tape due to another landslide. All we need is more tires on the trails. Go ride!
