Superior Solutions, PLLC. I am Savana Barnes proud owner of Superior Solutions, PLLC a Kentucky Medicaid Acquired Brain Injury provider.

Superior Solutions background comes from an occupational therapist and we want to see every participant have increased independence and increased quality of life. I graduated with my associate’s degree in applied science of occupational therapy in 2015. When I earned my COTA/L degree/title in 2015 I opened my own company Superior Therapy, PLLC. I began self-employed specializing in occupational th

erapy and subcontracting with healthcare providers around my hometown. In 2016 I acquired a therapy contract for Superior Therapy offering OT, PT, and SLP services to Kentucky Medicaid participants. In 2017 I changed the business name to Superior Solutions to better fit the companies upcoming expansion. Superior Solutions is now a Kentucky Medicaid Wavier provider as well as a Mobile Multi-Therapy provider. Superior Solutions currently employs more than 30 employees and provides residential, OT, PT, SLP, and counseling services.

Superior Solutions is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist!

Superior Solutions, PLLC (SS) is now hiring a full time SLP at our residential and adult day locations for individuals with brain injuries and intellectual disabilities. If you enjoy working one on one in a rewarding environment and hold any of the following licensures you are eligible to apply!
-1 full-time position available 1099 or W-2 option. Starting pay is negotiable with experience $50-$55/hour
-The therapist will work in SS residential houses and day training center located in Bardstown KY.
-Very flexible schedule! The therapist will be given a case load and it will be their responsibly to schedule their hours with the caseload assigned to them.
-We are 24/7 hour care, we never close, so weekends/holidays may be required when house or ADT staff need assistance with behaviors.
- Orientation to start the week of November 15th (will work around schedule if you have other job)
-Full time positions are offered health and dental insurance after 90 day probation period.
-SS has Simple IRA (matches up to 3%) for any eligible staff after probation period
-SS has group policy with Aflac for other supplemental insurance wants
-annual bonuses and raises
-five year annual vacation incentives

-evaluate the patients

Superior Solutions, PLLC (SS) is now HIRING 1 full time caregiver position for residential locations:

PAY
-Starting pay is $13/hour. $1/hour raise after all orientation is complete. Starting pay for CNA's is $14.25/hour
-TIME AND A HALF ($19.50/hour) ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SHIFTS.
-Staff will work in SS residential houses located in Bardstown KY.

SCHEDULE
-We work well with flexible hours, school schedules, and request off days (two Saturday and Sunday’s per month are tolerated for request off).
-We are 24/7 hour care, we never close, so weekends/holidays are required.
-A full-time work week consist of 3-4 shifts a week. Staff does not have set schedules for days or times but the schedule is posted out a month in advance (great for potential staff needing a very flexible schedule).
-Schedule summary- you give your availability (nights and weekend availability is required) and the schedule is made around your/other staff’s availability

-Orientation to start the week of June 16th (will work around schedule if you have other job)
-Full time positions are offered health and dental insurance after 90 day probation period.
-SS has Simple IRA for any eligible staff after probation period.
-Many bonuses given periodically for rewarded job performance ($500 eligibility every 6 months)
-annual bonuses and raises
-five year vacation incentives

These positions are great for any:
-CNA (not required) who are tired of working in overly busy settings (hospitals/nursing homes)
-health care student-any individual that loves working in a rewarding environment
-individuals who enjoy working with or caring for children enjoy this setting

Shifts are:
-Monday-Friday night shift (16 hours)
Start time 3:15pm End time 7:15am
-Saturday/Sunday day shift (10 hours)
Start time 7:15am End time 5:15pm
-Saturday/Sunday night shift (14 hours)
Start time 5:15pm End time 7:15am

Your job responsibilities will be as followed:
-Ensure that the participants safety is first at all times.
-Cleaning and cooking tasks every shift will need to be performed.
-Assist participants with daily living skills such as personal hygiene, household chores, and community outings.
-Ensure adequate documentation at the end of the shift and during shift (adequate computer skills will be needed)
-Ensure a positive environment at all times and quality care according to the participants need

Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma and at least 18 years old
-Background Check (no felonies)
-Pre-employment drug testing
-Driver's license
-First Aid and CPR (in house training will be provided if employee is not currently certified)

Superior Solutions, PLLC (SS) is now HIRING 2 full time caregiver positions for our adult day location:
-1 part-time/full-time position available. Starting pay is $13/hour with a $300 bonus and $1 raise/hour after 90 days.
-Staff will work at SS adult day training located in Bardstown KY.
-We work well with flexible hours, school schedules, and request off day
