Doves of Christ is starting 2026 off strong ✨🕊️ with our 1st Inner Circle Session of the year! The young ladies loved making friendship bracelets, sharing positive words to each other, and declaring what they love about themselves! They make my heart smile ☺️💕

Last but not least, I want to give a HUGE Thank you to my lovely sister in Christ, Kiara Brewer, who is the founder of Bless Your Spirit 🙏🏽🥺😭😭😭😭. Ma’am, you came through for me in so many ways I couldn’t even imagine. 🥹🙏🏽 You connected me with your church, decorated when I was running late from Walmart 😬😭😩, brought Ms. Vanessa, your mom, Mr. Andy and your grandad! You all were absolute angels to me!! 😇🪽I was just so stunned to witness the entire team and support system you brought together on behalf of this project .😭😫🥰 You told me to just focus on getting dressed and you held it down 🥺💯❤️. This is one of your gifts sis! ☺️ THANK YOU for being part of the overflow in my life. ❤️❤️❤️ You are a willing and available vessel for God to be glorified 💯 “Thy will be done”. 🙏🏽

Doves of Christ is a safe community for young women to express themselves 🫶🏽. We love to nourish our sisters with the love of Christ 💗 We offer programs that encourage healthy relationships, proactive outlets for stress, and good habits for self-care.

We have faith that every young woman in our sisterhood will seek an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ 💕😊.

Meet the Founder: Makya Marshall is a 23 year old newly-wed from Louisville, KY. She married Terek Marshall on May 7th, 2023. 💕

She is a Christian singer who loves all things art, humanities, and equitable education. 📚🎨🌳

She conceived the vision for this ministry one restless school night when her then-fiancé was dozing off 💤. She’ll never forget his supportive words as she wrote out the Holy Spirit inspired vision for this ministry. 🕊️

She has since partnered with Kiara Brewer-Carroll to establish the first branch of Doves of Christ in Louisville, KY. They hope this ministry will be transformative in the lives of young women so that girls will grow up to become mentors and service leaders for the Kingdom of God.

Doves of Christ was designed to help young women become fully alive in their femininity for the glory of God! That looks like developing the invitational nature of Christ 🌱, Spiritual Peace 🙏🏽, and Expressing ourselves through our unique gifts 💕
