Ma’am, you came through for me in so many ways I couldn’t even imagine. 🥹🙏🏽 You connected me with your church, decorated when I was running late from Walmart 😬😭😩, brought Ms. Vanessa, your mom, Mr. Andy and your grandad! You all were absolute angels to me!! 😇🪽I was just so stunned to witness the entire team and support system you brought together on behalf of this project .😭😫🥰 You told me to just focus on getting dressed and you held it down 🥺💯❤️. Doves of Christ is a safe community for young women to express themselves 🫶🏽. We love to nourish our sisters with the love of Christ 💗 We offer programs that encourage healthy relationships, proactive outlets for stress, and good habits for self-care.

We have faith that every young woman in our sisterhood will seek an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ 💕😊.

Meet the Founder: Makya Marshall is a 23 year old newly-wed from Louisville, KY. She married Terek Marshall on May 7th, 2023. 💕

She is a Christian singer who loves all things art, humanities, and equitable education. 📚🎨🌳

She conceived the vision for this ministry one restless school night when her then-fiancé was dozing off 💤. She’ll never forget his supportive words as she wrote out the Holy Spirit inspired vision for this ministry. 🕊️

She has since partnered with Kiara Brewer-Carroll to establish the first branch of Doves of Christ in Louisville, KY. They hope this ministry will be transformative in the lives of young women so that girls will grow up to become mentors and service leaders for the Kingdom of God.

Doves of Christ was designed to help young women become fully alive in their femininity for the glory of God! That looks like developing the invitational nature of Christ 🌱, Spiritual Peace 🙏🏽, and Expressing ourselves through our unique gifts 💕

Doves of Christ is a sisterhood full of love, truth, and support! Our goal is to pour into our young women. We want to be there for each other when we need Godly advice or even a shoulder to cry on. 💕☺️

Doves of Christ is a transformative community that offers several programs to girls ages 12-18. The Inner Circle Session is featured below, and happening October 14th, 2023! Come experience the love of Jesus with us 🤗.
