Your next grocery run could be an assist for our neighbors!

The Colorado Avalanche and Louisville King Soopers are teaming up for Faceoff Against Hunger, for Community Food Share.

Join us next Saturday, October 17, from 10 a.m.–noon at King Soopers, 1171 W. Dillon Road in Louisville. Bring unopened, prepackaged food donations and enjoy appearances by Bernie, the Ice Patrol, and Altitude talent.

Nut butter, canned beans, soups, and canned fruits and vegetables are great additions to your donation bag.

Wear your Avs gear, invite a friend, and help keep pantry essentials within reach for neighbors across Boulder and Broomfield counties.

The 18th annual High Holiday Food Drive has officially come to a close, and we are blown away.
Congregation Har HaShem and partner congregations, stepped up in a massive way. Thanks to your support, our lifetime fundraising total since 2008 has officially reached a more than $67,000 for Community Food Share, in addition to 1415 pounds of food!
From Rosh Hashanah all the way through Simchat Torah, they turned holiday reflection into life-changing action for our neighbors experiencing food insecurity. We are grateful for their continued generosity and support.

Neighbors helping neighbors, with seniors leading the way!
Thank you to the Seniors for Seniors resident team at Fraiser Meadows Community in Boulder for recommending Community Food Share for a generous $17,450 gift through the Frasier Community Resource program.
This support helps purchase fresh produce, protein, milk, yogurt, and other nourishing foods for older adults through our Feeding Families pantry, Mobile Pantries, and Blue Spruce Neighbors home deliveries in Boulder County.
For older adults on limited incomes, access to these groceries helps support their health and makes room in their budgets for other essentials.
We’re grateful to the Frasier community for helping our neighbors get the food they need, with care and dignity.

When families lose SNAP benefits, having somewhere to turn for food matters. Boulder County Government's emergency food access grant is helping Community Food Share respond to that need.

The county’s 2026 Community Partnership Grant supports our work to connect neighbors across Boulder County with nourishing food every day. We’re grateful for both grants and for Boulder County’s continued investment in our community.

Little hands. Big pile of carrots.

Last Saturday, our Family Volunteer Day crew moved nearly 5,000 pounds of food: 1,200 pounds of rice, 2,466 pounds of carrots, and 1,268 pounds of green bell peppers, all repacked and ready for neighbors.

What we keep coming back to is the sound of it. Kids counting out loud. Parents laughing. Everyone working shoulder to shoulder because they wanted to be here.

Thank you for bringing your families. You made our week and our neighbors weeks too! 💛

Breaking News: The eggs are here!

43,000 of them, secured for our neighbors through a settlement with egg producers who illegally inflated prices. Thank you to Attorney General Phil Weiser and Feeding Colorado for turning accountability into breakfast.
