Girls Who Code 0027 Louisville Public Library's Girls Who Code club. In 1984, 37% of computer science college graduates were women. Today, it's just 18%.

So, what is happening, and how can more girls and young women be attracted to and pursue careers in computing related fields? Initiatives like 'Girls Who Code' are designed to encourage girls to see how their perspective and talents can make their communities and our world a better place through technology.
