❗In an effort to combat fraud, waste, and abuse, CMS is requiring all states to complete off-cycle validation for all Medicaid providers. DMS announced during the Behavioral Health Technical Advisory Committee meeting last week that CMS-mandated Provider Revalidation letters have begun to go out. Providers must complete this process by June 2028, or risk termination.

ABA Advocates is working closely with DMS to represent our members and our concerns in this process. Stay tuned for updates as we learn more.
