Team,

Thank you again for being part of the Louisville Bicycle Club's Bike to Beat Cancer team! I greatly appreciate everyone who is riding, volunteering, and supporting the event.

A few important updates for tomorrow:

PLEASE WEAR YOUR LOUISVILLE BICYCLE CLUB JERSEY. We want to make sure the Louisville Bicycle Club is well represented at the event, so please wear your LBC jersey if you have one.

I plan to arrive around 7:20 AM with the team sign-in sheet. I do not know everyone who is serving on the Bike Support team, so please feel free to forward this email to any Bike Support members who may not be included.

The Louisville Bicycle Club event page (https://louisvillebicycleclub.org/event-6347861) has the most up-to-date information for tomorrow, including where I will be parked.

I will be parked in the same location as last year, off Angie’s Way. The image below shows where I will be parked.

I will lock up the sign-in sheet at 7:35 AM so we can make our way over to the start/finish area.

At 7:45 AM, we will come together for our annual Louisville Bicycle Club Bike to Beat Cancer team photo. Please make every effort to be there for the photo. This includes our Bike Support members as well.

Thank you again for everything you do to support Bike to Beat Cancer and represent the Louisville Bicycle Club. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and having another great event!

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me by email or call/text me.

See you tomorrow!

Erik
