Today, we celebrate more than your birthday—we celebrate over a decade of commitment to helping Kentucky & Indiana Birth Better. 💜

For more than 10 years, you have worked to expand equitable access to home birth and midwifery care, creating space for Black and BIPOC families, LGBTQ+ families, Plain/Amish communities, and other historically marginalized communities to receive care where they feel respected, heard, safe, and at home.

Your care has helped families experience birth with greater choice, autonomy, dignity, and belonging—and we are grateful for your continued commitment to the families and communities you serve.

Thank you for being part of the work to Birth KY & IN Better and for the years of care, advocacy, knowledge, and heart you have poured into midwifery.

We hope today pours some of that love right back into you.

Join us for the 3rd Annual Quality Child Care Awareness Fair + Fatherhood Celebration — a joyful, prevention‑focused event designed to uplift families, honor dads, and highlight the impact of high‑quality childcare in Louisville. Our Fatherhood Zone will offer hands‑on activities, resources, and connection spaces created especially for dads and father figures.

Food and childcare are provided to make the day welcoming, easy, and accessible for everyone.

We’re excited to welcome Midwife Meredith Howard of The Walking Stick Midwifery Care to the Birth Better Bash: Birthing Love, Birthing Power!

Meredith will join us as part of our midwife-centered programming to help families learn more about:
