JA serves more than 30,000 students with programs in 26 counties in Kentucky and Southern Indiana in classrooms and at the James W. Robinson Junior Achievement Center for Freedom of Enterprise.

🏦 A new look. A real-world banking experience. A lasting impact.

We’re excited to celebrate the newly revamped Stock Yards Bank & Trust storefront at JA BizTown®!

Every JA BizTown citizen visits the bank during their simulation, putting financial literacy into action as they earn paychecks, manage money, and experience how a community economy works. Students working inside the bank also step into careers like CEO, CPA, and teller, gaining hands-on exposure to opportunities in the financial services industry.

Stock Yards Bank & Trust’s impact extends far beyond the storefront. Through our partnership, their support has helped JA programming reach 47 schools, provide more than 87,000 classroom hours, and serve nearly 9,500 students beyond the JA BizTown storefront.

🚨🌱 NEW BUSINESS ALERT AT JA BIZTOWN! 🌱🚨

Last week, we were excited to cut the ribbon at Kentucky State University’s Urban Agriculture Discovery Center Storefront!

Students can now step into careers as farmers, CEOs, CPAs, and veterinary professionals while learning about hydroponics, Kentucky-grown products, supply and demand, and what it takes to operate a successful farm.

A new business means new opportunities for students to discover what’s possible! Thank you, Kentucky State University and Farm Credit Mid-America, for helping us bring agriculture and career exploration to life.
