**UPDATE on previous post** Due to the ongoing rainy weather this week, the clean-up week at Louisville Cemetery has been postponed until next week. Also, after this rain and the warm weather we had earlier in the week, they will need more help than ever! Stay tuned for more info - we would love to get some Jubilee supporters together to help! If you are joining us this afternoon for the Halfway to the Jubilee Fundraiser, here are some pre-event details to help make this a great experience for everyone!
**4-6 pm at the Haymarket on River Rd**

- River Road is closed from downtown to Edith Road until 4pm due to the marathon. Mellwood Ave, Zorn Ave, or approaching from the East should all get you to the Haymarket - no problem.
- Once you arrive, there should be some "Halfway to the Jubilee" signs to help direct you. The event takes place out back, between the market and the garden center.
- Please park in the overflow lot that is on the east side of the property, off of Mockingbird Valley Road. There is a gate from that lot that takes you right into the event space. Look for the big white tent.
- Parking is very limited! Please carpool if at all possible. If you know that friends/family are also coming, consider meeting them somewhere nearby (the Mellwood Arts Center is close and has a huge lot), leaving a car and heading in together.
- Weather in the afternoon looks great now! But just in case, this is a rain or shine event and there is a tent.
- The Haymarket will be grilling and setting up a bar. So come hungry and thirsty and support our hosts. (Cashless)
- There will be some limited seating available but you are welcome to bring chairs and blankets to ensure that you have a seat.

That should cover it! We look forward to seeing you all this afternoon!
