🇺🇸 A LIFE THAT ALMOST WASN’T — AND A STORY OF HOPE! 💗
Pro-life advocate Katie Zacharia is making headlines as the newly named White House Press Secretary, bringing her personal story of adoption and the value of life into the national spotlight.
In a 2025 interview with Gates Garcia, Zacharia shared that she was “approximately 20, 30 minutes away from being aborted.”
Her biological mother was just 19 years old, with an abortion appointment already scheduled, when a Christian counselor called and encouraged her to consider open adoption instead.
Zacharia was adopted as a newborn and met her biological mother when she was 18.
Today, she is a mother of four and serves on the board of White Rose Resistance, a pro-life organization founded by Seth Gruber that advocates for legal protection of unborn children from fertilization.
In the interview, Zacharia described her pro-life work as “a blessing and gift,” standing alongside others committed to ending abortion and protecting unborn lives.
❤️ One phone call. One choice. One life with a story still being written.
Her story is a reminder of the profound impact that compassionate support, adoption, and choosing life can have not only on a child, but on generations to come.
Every life has a story. Every life has value. Every life deserves a chance.
