One of the most serious constitutional questions about flock cameras,isn't are they legal? but ,should police officers require a warrant before accessing Flock’s Data. The Fourth Amendment protects an individual’s reasonable expectation of privacy. If the government wants to intrude on the right to privacy, they must obtain a warrant supported by probable cause. Technology has not face much scrutiny over the years. In 2018 a case about GPS on a cell phone. CARPENTER VS UNITED STATES. The courts ruled a w warrant was needed due to the phone being able to track people locations anytime. There are already instances of abuse by police officers for personal use. The question is.How much lack of privacy do you consider safe?

I support Law Enforcement, but I can't support flock cameras being used on law abiding citizens. Flock cameras are in themselves not unconstitutional, however the misuse of them is.
