Last night our government shut down, and just yesterday the President of the United States and his Defense Secretary spent thousands of taxpayer dollars to gather generals and declare war on American cities. This is not only unacceptable, it is one of the largest threats to our democracy that we have ever seen.

Let’s make this event the biggest one yet!

🚨 LOUISVILLE 🚨August 2nd marks a pivotal National Day of Action, uniting communities across the nation to harness the energy of collective resistance: Rage Against the Regime.
While rooted in non-violence, we are far from passive. The Trump regime is funding wars and billionaires while enacting policies that take away people's access to food, homes, and healthcare. We stand strong, bold, and unyielding, showing the world the unstoppable force of communities united against injustice.
Over the last few weeks we have seen the federal government inserting themselves into our local issues: from a heinous 1 day sentencing recommendation for Brett Hankison to threatening ICE raids due to our sanctuary city status.
On July 24th, we saw Mayor Greenberg show the nation that he is willing to be bullied into advancing the whims of the Trump administration at the expense of Louisvillians. Compromising our values in the face of opposition does not keep our city safe: it just shows us he is a part of the oligarchy.
Louisville, let's demonstrate to our city and our mayor that we will not bow down to a tyrannical, fascist government.
Stand up for what we know is right and hold our city officials accountable for keeping immigrant families safe. Join us as we mobilize and take direct action to prepare and protect our communities.
