☀️ Camp season is officially underway!☀️

This week, our first group of campers headed off for a week filled with fun, friendship, adventure, and opportunities to grow at Camp Paradise Valley!

This camping experience is provided free to families, giving children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend camp the chance to experience a week they'll never forget! It's just one more way The Salvation Army is serving children and families across East Tennessee.

How often do we rush past love we haven't stopped to receive?

Paul doesn't just describe God's love — he prays we would have the power to grasp it. As if it takes something in us to truly take it in. There is a love that holds you that has no edges, no conditions, no end. May that be more than something you believe — may it be something you know.

Today, members of KT Divisional Headquarters team, including Divisional Commander Major Al Newsome, attended a special ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated men’s and women’s shelter dormitories at The Salvation Army Louisville.

This $2.7 million project modernizes the shelter, improves safety, and provides greater dignity for those experiencing homelessness in Louisville.

Congratulations to Majors Mark and Lorie Hunter and their dedicated staff and volunteers on this important milestone!
