New pic.s of everyone, some are a little dark. Laredo is still having some hoof problems but is being treated by vet & farrier.
Sassy is doing good.
Play Boy has Thrush is his back feet, from standing in his wet spot.
My friends horse that stays with our group has eye problems that we have started treatment on.

Sassy has a small infection in her back feet, farrier said thrush buster for a week & then iodine after that to dry it up. She is on stall rest for 2 weeks as he thinks it's from it being wet for a while with all the rain.

Laredo has laminitis and we have already started treatment on it. We've been working on it for about 3 weeks cutting his feed back and using Bute with a hoof conditioner.

Play Boy today he's getting better, he has most of his under coat in but not top coat. He's still putting on weight but ...

Play Boy today he's getting better, he has most of his under coat in but not top coat. He's still putting on weight but far from where he needs to be. 1-7 is today 8 & 9 was day after he came to us on 8-13-21.

Play Boy is on the mend but still has a ways to go!

New updates: Vet visit
Sassy is in good health but is highly sensitive to insect bits.(New fly spray recommended by vet and also fly clothes)
Laredo is still struggling with bad feet but is better then before. ( anti-inflammatory prescribed)
New horse: barn name Play Boy, show name Come To Play is in bad shape. He has arthritis, skin problems, small lung wheeze & is under weight. (Coggins pulled, steroids for skin & lungs, med. bath for skin. Vet is returning in 30 day for check up and vaccines if stable enough.)

Laredo broke his hoof the farrier is coming today!

Update: farrier said it's not bad just part of the old hoof wall broke off as there has been a lot of good hoof wall growing above where it broke. Farrier also said his thrush is all but gone do to every other day treatment with Thrush Buster worked wonders on him. More updates to come as we get Laredo's bad feet under control.
