Milwaukee PugFest, billed as the largest Pug event in North America relocates to Louisville, KY for a two-day event in 2022. Milwaukee, being the home of this popular event for 15 consecutive years before moving to Kentucky hosted over 3,200 people and 2,000 Pugs each year. The newly appointed location welcomes with open arms - Bluegrass PugFest! Bluegrass PugFest will be held in the East Halls of
the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center at 937 Phillips Lane, May 20-21 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Bluegrass PugFest is a fundraiser for participating Pug Rescue organizations from across the country and Celebrates the Pug – Drooling is Encouraged! Everybody is welcome as well as all other friendly dogs – this is a true family event (see PugFest rules at www.bluegrasspugfest.org). Attendees can browse over 50,000 square feet of vendors, silent auctions, rescue booths, and Pug competitions (costume, races, custard eating, talent, King/Queen, and more). One and two-day tickets are available for pre-purchase on the website as are the super-popular event t-shirts. For those who came to love Milwaukee PugFest, this event will be true to the traditions, while adding new and exciting components Inc. Bluegrass Pug Fest, Inc. will put forth efforts to better the lives of surrendered, abandoned, sick, neglected, injured or abused Pug dogs by obtaining necessary medical treatment for them and assisting in their rescue and re-homing.
