Come out next Saturday from 4–8p at Falls City B**r (901 E. Liberty St., Louisville) for a family-friendly night of fun, raising a glass and raising awareness for DSL!

Pick up a specialty six-pack of Boogie Down Brew, or have one of our DSL celebrity bartenders pour you one cold from the tap!

The Down Syndrome of Louisville walk happened this morning and we are please to announce that we placed 1st for fundraising this year!
Next year will definitely be our biggest year yet!

Alyssa Cochran was a few months pregnant with her son when she and her husband learned he would likely have Down syndrome. They knew nothing about it. They were scared.

Alyssa said the doctors' offices focused on what could go wrong. Then they met with DSL, where they were greeted with "the most genuine joy and excitement."

Now, the Cochrans and other families are concerned Medicaid cuts could impact the programming and resources DSL provides to families. That's why they're focusing efforts on fundraising, like DSL's biggest event of the year: the Kindness Warrior Walk at Waterfront Park this Saturday.

Down Syndrome of Louisville has it's biggest fundraiser of the year this weekend. The organization has always relied on fundraising to keep things going. With a Medicaid rate cut looming, families say the stakes feel different this year.
