Hi Everyone! We are needing to sell our house in Taylorsville, because we are moving to Northern Ky. It's in a great location. 1.5 acres. 3000 square feet. There is some fixing up and updating needed but overall a great house. Great for gardening and homesteading too. $250k. We currently have owner financing through the previous owner,, which possibly could be continued. Ideally purchaser pays $17,500 down bc that's the equity we have in the house. A part time babysitter is needed in Prospect for twin girls 2 year old, plus the 8 year old sister who may or may not be at school. Some hours are in the day time, some begin in the afternoon. Dad arrives home at 5:30. Mom works a steady predictable schedule at Captains Quarters.

A long term sitter of any responsible age is desired.
