THURBY & FESTIVAL DAY AT THE DOWNS WITH THE DERBY PRINCESSES! 🩵🩷

We loved wearing our Derby line thanks to and hanging out with our family at KDF Festival Day at the Downs in the Skye Terrace! Thank you, Misieiwcz Art for our custom Fascinators and Handbags! Each piece was unique, just like each Derby Princess is unique!

We also had the honor of attending the 63rd annual Kindergarten Derby at Collegiate, which was FULL of fun and smiles! Luxor Cafe took home the big win this year!

Seeing the Garland of Lillies at Middletown was incredible! We met , received signed posters from KDF Poster Artist (and our friend) and ate some delicious Kentucky Proud food!

Up before the sun at Churchill Downs Backside! ❤️

We had a great time getting to see horses warm up, interviewing at TV and radio stations, and even petting horses! The 4am call time was worth it!

Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Wagners Diner! Some Princesses even got to ride the "hover-pony" for WDRB News!

Standing in solidarity, one denim piece at a time. Together, we stand for survivors. 💙

Today is Denim Day. On this day, everyone is encouraged to wear denim to show support for survivors of sexual assault and sexual violence and to speak out against victim blaming. We had the opportunity to speak with and about Denim Day, advocacy, and the importance of showing support for victims with Center for Women and Families CEO, Elizabeth Martin.

Then, we got to tour the Center for Women and Families facility and hear about the impact they are making in the lives of individuals on a daily basis. 💙💜

We had a great time at the Taste of Derby Festival, which featured signature dishes from more than 75 of Louisville’s finest restaurants and beverage companies. All proceeds benefitted the Dare to Care Food Bank and its work to nourish Kentuckiana! 💝

An Unbridled Afternoon at Field Elementary filled with horse petting, teacher and mascot races, and plenty of Derby Festival spirit!

We loved meeting so many bright young faces, all dressed in their Derby best as they strutted the red carpet! 🩷💚
