E-lumni Spotlight: Brand Surge ✨

Meet Keegan Tingle, Summer Startup 2018 alum and Co-Founder & COO of Brand Surge, a growth consulting firm that helps organizations build smarter systems for branding, sales, and long-term success. By combining experience in engineering, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship, Keegan helps businesses make clearer decisions, strengthen relationships, and create strategies that drive sustainable growth.

Keegan shared his expertise with our Es in 2025, when he joined our Summer Startup team as an Instructional Coach -- our first-ever program alum to serve in that important role!

He also participated in GSE's 2026 Alumni Business Showcase event in Frankfort and his journey is another example of how the entrepreneurial mindset developed at Summer Startup continues to shape innovative leaders long after the program ends.

Summer Startup 2026 has wrapped-up, but the impact is just getting started.

This year, 147 student entrepreneurs completed the program, joining a network of 1,405 Summer Startup graduates representing 109 Kentucky counties since 2013.

The ideas, connections, and confidence built over the past three weeks will continue long after summer ends. We can't wait to see what's next for this incredible group of E-lumni.
