Do you enter intense negotiations every time you leave the park over how many rocks can be left in pockets? Do you find them in your washing machine? If this sounds like your child (or if you just want an exciting science-themed family outing) then mark your calendars for Wednesday, Oct. 11th! 🌍🦖🪨

This year's Kentucky Geological Survey open house will have meteorites, volcano demos, fossils, a rock petting zoo, and more! You and your kids will be able to talk to real geoscientists so come prepared with your earth science questions. This event is fun for all ages and totally free!
