My 75 Hard Womb Cleanse is officially in motion—this summer we tending to the temple, ok?!

I attended an herbal workshop over the weekend and it’s got me inspired to reclaim my relationship with herbal medicine.

So here we are, at 🪷.
Supporting local and cleansing my womb at the same time…I’ll take it!

Just hit up Rainbow Blossom, a Louisville gem for over 40 years, and stocked up on everything from raspberry leaf to chlorophyll 🌱.

Womb work is ancestral & it ALWAYS has been.

In the heart of Louisville’s Parkland neighborhood stands a legacy that too often goes untold. These walls hold stories of the first Black women doctors and nurses in Kentucky. They were healers who carved paths for care, dignity and education when the world refused to.

Dr. Artishia Gilbert Wilkerson.
Dr. Mary Eva Porter Peter.
Nurse Mary E. Merritt.
The Red Cross Hospital.
The Louisville National Medical College.

These were the sacred spaces where Black wombs were tended to with love and skill, long before we had words like “reproductive justice.”

Wombs Unite walks in this lineage—bringing womb wellness, liberation and education right back to where it all began.

We honor. We remember. We continue. 🌺🕊️
