What an incredible two days at the 2026 Elevate Louisville Geek Squad Academy!

Our students immersed themselves in hands-on learning experiences, exploring AI, robotics, web design, digital music, and stop-motion animation alongside an amazing team of Best Buy Geek Squad volunteers. They didnā€™t just learn about technology, they created, collaborated, solved problems, and discovered new passions.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our outstanding partners at Best Buy and Geek Squad for investing your time, talent, and resources into the lives of our students. Your commitment continues to inspire the next generation.

We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to our incredible community volunteers from The Eta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and Greater New Beginnings Christian Church. Last week at Elevate Louisville was all about learning, creating, and having fun!

From rolling and decorating cake pops to dipping strawberries, our students developed new skills, expressed their creativity, and celebrated their accomplishments. We also turned up the excitement with an afternoon at Full Throttle Adrenaline Park, where students challenged themselves, encouraged one another, and created memories that will last long after summer ends.

This week, our students had a blast enjoying a variety of fun and enriching activities! They showed off their creativity by decorating beach-themed cupcakes, challenged themselves while rock climbing at Climb Nulu, and wrapped up the week with some exciting ice-skating at Iceland Sports Complex. These experiences not only provided lots of fun but also helped build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories. šŸŒžšŸ§šŸ§—ā€ā™€ļøā›øļø

Registration is NOW OPEN for the Elevate Louisville Geek Squad Academy!

We are excited to once again partner with Best Buy and Geek Squad to bring this amazing hands-on tech experience to students on June 24th & 25th from 9 AMā€“3 PM at The Academy at Shawnee!

This opportunity is open to middle and high school students and allows students to become ā€œJunior Agentsā€ while exploring technology, creativity, and future careers in tech. Students will build confidence, develop tech skills, and learn directly from passionate Best Buy and Geek Squad professionals. šŸ’»šŸ¤–šŸŽ® Lunch will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for rising 6th graders and students interested in:
