🏡🎉 Super Saturday was a SUCCESS! 🎉🏡

We were excited to host Homebuyer 101 with The Housing Partnership, Inc. (HPI) , where participants learned more about the homebuying experience and gained valuable knowledge and tools to help prepare them for homeownership.

Participants also had the opportunity to learn more about Community Land Trusts (CLTs) and how this homeownership model can help create pathways to affordable, sustainable homeownership in our community. 🏠💙

And there was even more to celebrate every participant successfully completed the session and earned their HUB First-Time Homebuyer Certification! 🎓👏

Congratulations to all of our participants on reaching this important milestone! We’re proud to support you on your journey toward homeownership.

A special thank you to HPI for partnering with us and helping make this learning opportunity possible!

This past weekend, as part of OuR Home: 2026 Russell Homecoming, we explored the rich art, history, architecture, and culture of Russell during the Black Art Trolley Tour with Okike. 🎨✨

We got to experience Russell through a creative and historic lens, exploring murals, architecture, a art gallery tour of Nzingha Creations Gallery/Studio and a special mansion tour with Gabe and Kaila, who are restoring a historic mansion right here in the Russell neighborhood. Guests had the unique opportunity to step inside the home and see Gabe and Kaila’s restoration work firsthand, while also experiencing the work of artists Albert H. Shumake IV and LJ Bryant. You can follow Gabe and Kaila’s restoration journey through Remaking A Mansion

From the stories behind the artwork to the preservation of historic spaces, the tour was a chance to discover and celebrate the incredible history, creativity, and people that make 🧡

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this experience such a special part of Homecoming!

What a great way to start the morning during OuR Home: 2026 Russell Homecoming! This past weekend, runners and walkers gathered at the Baxter Community Center for a morning journey through the historic landmarks of the Russell Neighborhood. 🏃🏾‍♀️🎉🏃🏾‍♂️

Before we hit the route, Dre, With Friends got us moving with a morning stretch to get loose, energized, and ready to go!
