RPOP in partnership with Housing Partnership Inc (HPI) is building new construction single family homes for purchase! Homes will begin to be available for purchase later this year! All homes will be complete by February 2027. More details regarding pricing and purchasing coming soon!

🗣️We invite your feedback on the 30th Street Corridor planning effort! This project focuses on the area from Market Street to Garland Avenue and South 28th Street to Louis Coleman Jr. Drive, encompassing over $500 million in community investments.

Our goal is to create a safer, more connected corridor through improvements like enhanced lighting, public art, and traffic calming. Please watch the May 7 meeting recording and complete this survey by Wednesday, May 27 (all links in our bio). Your input is vital to identifying community priorities and securing future funding for the Russell community!
