Anyone looking for a fun night to cheer on our PAL boxing kids? These kids have been working hard for each fight they do! This will be a special fight as we partnered with Indiana PAL to make this fight happen.

Fishing was a success this week! We thank everyone that came out and had a great time with us! Keep an eye out on your emails as we start getting other programs sent out for these kids! 🎣

Side note: Again PAL appreciates everyone’s patience with the program and know this program is very important for our kids in this community. Without the parents showing their support these kids could not get the opportunity we are able to give them!

The LMPD PAL 5K Fun Run was a resounding success! We would like to thank Officer Rachel Arroyo Phillips, Officer Antonio Rodriguez, Officer Randall Richardson, Officer Brooke Benton, Officer Theron Wiggins, Detective Beth Ruoff, LMPD Recruiting Unit, and LMPD Professional Staff members; Jenn McBride, and Madison Weaver for their hard work in organizing this event. We want to give a huge thank you to DJ Ken Hawn, Texas Roadhouse, Iroquois Hill Runners, and Swags for your support and coming out to cheer on our PAL kids!

Our PAL kids demonstrated their commitment to our weekly running sessions by completing the 5K in under 40 minutes, and they were recognized for their achievement!!

To our surprise, Mayor Craig Greenberg of Louisville Metro joined us in the run today, providing encouragement to our participants. We are grateful for the support from Mayor Greenberg, Deputy Mayor Nicole George, and their staff.

P.A.L Gymnastics recently concluded. We extend our gratitude to Debra Lang from LMPD Professional Staff and River City Turners Gymnastics for providing our children with a remarkable experience in learning and developing gymnastics skills. Your staff was incredible.

We would like to express our appreciation towards our P.A.L parents for their unwavering support, which enables us to successfully conduct our activities. We are grateful for entrusting us with your beloved children.

PHOTO BOMB!!💣

First we want to say a HUGE thank you to Louisville Sports Commission on putting the Kids Finish First Race together!! What a great turn out from the PAL program and the other programs that came together! This is what the community is about and I think I can speak on our end on how blessed we are to have your program to help our kids and others in this area! 👏

Now PAL runners… what a great time it was to be able to run on Lynn Stadium’s Soccer field!! 🤩 I don’t know about you but that was an awesome experience! The medals you all received were great and well deserved!

Next, they have a 5K the following week! (You think we photobombed you now, just wait)📸
