Ready to start strength training but not sure where to begin?

Walking into the wellness center is often the hardest part. The next challenge is figuring out what to do once you're there.
That's why we created Strength 101 at the Louisville Area YMCA starting November 9 and running Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM!

This 8-session, coach-led program is designed to help you build confidence in the wellness center.
You'll learn how to use strength training equipment safely and effectively, progress from machines to free weights, and gain the knowledge to create your own balanced workout routine.

✔ No prior experience needed
✔ Led by a certified personal trainer
✔ Learn proper form and technique
✔ Build confidence in the wellness center
✔ Create a workout plan that works for you

Whether you're brand new to strength training or looking for a structured way to get started, Strength 101 provides the guidance and support to help you succeed.
