5:30–9:00 AM
9:00 AM–12:00 PM
12:00–3:00 PM

Find your balance, slow things down, and discover the benefits of Tai Chi! Beginning Wednesday, September 2, join instructor Jeff Yang for this gentle, flowing practice designed to strengthen both body and mind.

Tai Chi combines a series of slow, controlled movements with relaxation and focused breathing. It’s approachable for a variety of ages and fitness levels and can help:

Climb with purpose this September in the YMCA360 9/11 Stair Climb Challenge!

Throughout September, take on the challenge of completing at least 1,760 floors or 640 minutes of exercise—equivalent to 110 floors or 40 minutes per workout, four times each week.

Use the ClimbMill, StepMill, VersaClimber, regular stairs or steps, or join a Step Class to reach your goal. Participants who complete the challenge by September 30 will be entered into a prize drawing!

*Specific workouts must be tracked in the YMCA360 app as part of the program.
