Finally, a big shout out to Ned Price (BNA Garden Club Chair) for his leadership and awesome gardening skills! Thanks for the weeks of constant watering to keep these plants alive for the sale. Next, a big shout out to Christy & Margaret Carrell who spend countless months nurturing all the plants and gathering decorative pots. Their time, talent and skill are simply amazing.
Many thanks to our neighbors in St. Regis ~ Laura Krebs and Lincolnshire ~ Michelle Burns for your help, plants, bulbs, boxes, but most of all your time!! Then if you see purple plants at the Plant Sale you can thank the wonderful gardner, Mary Purple!! We also have Garden Raffle Baskets and Natalie Hunter-Riggs helped to supply a lot of what's in the baskets, plus plants and floral vases. Natalie helped to arrange the floral vases which were sold for Mother's Day! Thanks go out to Doris Spencer for her plant talents, pictorial plant tags and organizational skills.
In closing special thanks to Brenda Royalty for being the cashier at the sale & BNA Chair, Ann & Ben Hardy for their lovely donated pumpkin plants, Chef Wes Morrison for always feeding us, Mike Relish for assisting with all the customers at the sale, Susan Hancock for plant donations and assisting with the Garden Raffle Baskets, Karen Pennington and her son for donating time not only to the Plant Sale, but did a fabulous job cleaning up the Breckenridge Lane entrance. Thank You is really not enough for everything that all these people have done for our subdivision. When you see some of these people beautifying the entrances especially Ned Price on Browns Lane don't forget to honk and wave!
Hope to see you all & have a safe weekend,
