Getting In Touch With Literacy

Getting In Touch With Literacy Key Beliefs of the Getting In Touch With Literacy Conference

Literacy is liberating. It touches all areas of our lives.

It opens doors, enlarges the world and makes life richer and more meaningful. Reading impacts us in a way that no other art form - or life skill - can duplicate. Literacy for individuals with visual impairments is an area of increasing interest. At one time, the subject was just one of many diverse topics discussed at general conferences. But for the past 28 years, a group of professionals and individuals with visual impairments has organized a conference devoted specifically to this topic.

Someone accidentally picked up a yellow bag from the Braille 2 table with about 6 USB drives in it (instead of their own purchase). Please check your yellow bags if you made a purchase to make sure that you did not grab the wrong one by mistake! You can call or text 801-755-8646 if you picked it up by mistake. Thank you!
