Greetings Community,

We are hosting a community call on Monday January 26 at 5:30-7p EST and we really hope you can make it!
Our intentions are to fill you in on all that the Fibershed has been moving through in the past year and where we hope to see it go. The agenda will look something like this:
•update
•community share (projects, growing season plans, anything really)
•upcoming fiber opportunities in our region
•ways to get more involved
•plans for 2026

If you are one of the many who used to join for our calls, we would love to see you again! If you are new to the concept of Fibershed but you live in Maine, Vermont, or New Hampshire, we would also love to have you!!

The link will be available in various places: our bio, our stories, and also our newsletter. If you have trouble accessing it, send a dm and we will get you sorted.

Hello friends! It has been a while since we gathered as a Fibershed, and what better opportunity than the ❄️🫶🏼 winter solstice?!🫶🏼❄️ We will be hosting a virtual screening of Justine Alderney-Williams’ () film WOMAN GROWS JEANS on the Sunday 12/21 at 6p est. what’s more is, Justine is part of the Northern England Fibershed, and therefore we are kin. The screening will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Laura sullivan (.a) and Andrea Myklebust ()

Our Design Challenge Showcase is next Saturday at 5 PM at Sanborn Mills Farm in Loudon, New Hampshire. Come celebrate regional textiles and local designers while learning about the challenges and opportunities in our current textile infrastructure. The event is free to the public. Please share!
