The organization was founded in 1928 as Future Farmers of America, but in 1988 the name was changed to the National FFA Organization, now commonly referred to as simply FFA, to recognize that t

he organization is for those with diverse interests in the food, fiber and natural resource industries, encompassing science, business and technology in addition to production agriculture.[1] Today FFA is one of the largest youth organizations in the United States, with over 520,000 members[2] in 7,439 chapters [3] throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. FFA is the largest of the career and technical student organizations in US schools.

We would like to introduce our new agriculture teacher, Mr. Sutton!🎉

Mr. Sutton will be teaching the Agriculture Mechanics pathway and Agriculture Government/Economics courses. He will be an FFA and livestock advisor. He comes with loads of experience from the Marine Corps, the welding and fabrication industry, and teaching a variety of agriculture courses. Mr. Sutton is also the LMHS defensive coordinator for the football program. Mr. Sutton has been married for 20 years and has two daughters.

Favorite hobbies: Racing 🏁 and spending time with family
Favorite ag mech project: Shopping cart go-kart 🛒👉🏼🏎
Favorite livestock: Hogs 🐷
Excited for: New traditions and experiences. Becoming a part of the Los Mo family.

Banquet is a time where members and their families come together to enjoy dinner as they remember all of the memories made and award outstanding accomplishments. 🏆 Congratulations to the Los Molinos FFA members for another successful year! 🎉

Dear FFA members and families we ask you to join us these evening in the LMHS gym at 5:00pm for our 2022 Los Molinos FFA Banquet! We’re we will be recognizing and celebrating our members involvement, CDE teams, FFA degrees, our 2021 - 2022 Chapter Officers.
