Join us for the 2026 Placitas Garden Tour

📍 Various locations around Placitas.
The 10th Annual Tour features six private gardens open to the public, each paired with a resident artist showcasing work on-site. This year's featured properties include a wildlife sanctuary with a bird-photography book display, a native-plant landscape called "A Garden in Harmony," a design-focused garden called "Transitions" with erosion-control landscaping, a low-water backyard wildlife refuge, an Asian-themed garden with a bonsai demonstration, and a xeric mesa-top garden with fire-safety education. Local organizations such as SEMG, Albuquerque Bonsai Club, Placitas Resilient Emergency Protection and NMSU Sandoval County Extension will provide educational programming throughout the tour.
