Wellness with SCI isn’t one-size-fits-all. 💙

Whether you use a wheelchair full-time, walk with SCI, or switch between the two, staying healthy starts with understanding what your body needs and making small, sustainable adjustments along the way.

And if getting more movement into your routine is one of your goals, join Staying Driven Wheelchair Fitness with Coach Steph Roach for FREE virtual workouts every Wednesday and Friday! 💪♿

Rehab often focuses on the body. But how are you doing mentally? 💙

Our interactive Mental Health Series with Dr. H’Sien Hayward is returning for six weeks starting September 23.

With only 10 participants, this is an intentionally small space to talk openly, learn practical tools for resilience and well-being, and connect with others who understand life with SCI.

Missed the first round? Here’s your second chance.
