Children's hospitals across California, Nevada, and Hawai'i are reporting a troubling trend: a sharp increase in serious e-bike injuries among children and teens. 🚴

In response, the CNH Children's Fund Board of Directors recently approved $120,000 in grants to support innovative injury prevention initiatives and advanced trauma training at our six partner hospitals.

Did you know that even our sponsored student service/leadership clubs at the schools can apply for grants?

Check this out! Our Grant Committee just approved another PTP grant! In collaboration with their sponsoring Kiwanis club and school officials, K-Kids members will be hosting monthly activities next school year to bring awareness to the mental health and wellness needs of their peers. 🥰 Talk about an inspiring project!

Historic news: West Valley College is launching its first-ever bachelor's degree.

The new Bachelor of Science in Land Stewardship and Sustainability will create an affordable pathway to careers in conservation, sustainability, and public land management while allowing students to earn a four-year degree close to home.

Building on our nationally recognized Park Management Program, this milestone represents a new chapter for West Valley College and our commitment to expanding access to high-demand careers.
