FINANCIAL READINESS = DISASTER PREPAREDNESS 💰🏾🏡

We have found ourselves in uncharted territory following the Eaton Fire and financial preparedness is an important part of community recovery.

👉🏾Have you created an updated personal and/or family budget based on your current reality?

👉🏾Do you need support learning how to manage large, unforeseen funds?

👉🏾Do you have an insurance claim payout sitting in the bank and want to learn how to make informed decisions about your money and your future?

With the support of United Way and in partnership with USC Credit Union, My TRIBE Rise is offering three opportunities for critical financial-readiness education designed to help our community navigate the financial realities that can come after a disaster.

Now in its 4th year, this cohort-based financial literacy program—created in collaboration with the , and —empowers students with the tools and confidence to take control of their financial futures. Through monthly sessions over nine months, participants built essential skills in budgeting, saving, and long-term financial well-being.🫶🏽
