Maybe your goal is to "earn more money" or "find a job I like." These are great aspirations, but they aren't actionable goals. To make real progress in your career, you need to get specific.
That means using the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). But knowing the framework isn't enough. You need accountability—and a community that helps you follow through.
That's exactly what we provide at the Alliance for Young Women and Girls.
