Get ready for Love More, Fear Less our Kundalini class with InspireZu with Arezu and our DJ Nachtegaal

Arezu will be teaching a unique fusion class of Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga that use specific heart opening mantras and asanas targeting the front and back of your heart center. She will start with her specialty spinal warm ups to help release tension as well as full body stretches, before moving through a flow.

In this class you will learn many poses that can be practiced on a daily basis to release fears, which may have kept you shielded and protected from receiving and experiencing LOVE in the past.

Tonight's class streamed at 6PM PST with InspireZu with Arezu

Tonight's Class Title: Love More, Fear Less
Arezu will be teaching a unique fusion class of Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga that use specific heart opening mantras and asanas targeting the front and back of your heart center. She will start with her specialty spinal warm ups to help release tension as well as full body stretches, before moving through a flow.

In this class you will learn many poses that can be practiced on a daily basis to release fears, which may have kept you shielded and protected from receiving and experiencing LOVE in the past. We will end the practice with a specific Kundalini Meditation called: Release the Fear of the Future! During these uncertain times, we have to keep our Fears low and our Faith high.

Our next guest teacher is a lifelong yogi, her name is Arezu! She was introduced to meditation at age 5, and yoga by the age of 7. She then became the youngest Kundalini teacher at age 14. She has dedicated her life to following this passion, through her brand InspireZu, inspiring YOU! She teaches over 10 styles of Yoga for all ages & Meditation, traveling often teaching workshops and retreats internationally and for corporate wellness, as well as teaching virtually now. She is also a certified Brain Longevity Specialist giving her "Brain Booster" courses, teaching the power of ancient mantras to bridge the science behind spirituality. Her life mission, as her brand of InspireZu states, is to use the mindful practice of yoga as a platform to inspire, unite and uplift all those whom she comes across. She is hosting weekly Kundalini Fusion classes on Zoom Saturdays at 11am PST as well as bi-monthly Kundalini Meditation Courses, to support you in creating a daily practice.
