Alex and his family have been experiencing harassment from the new owners of the property. The new landlord has attempted to evict their family two times and have now served them a third eviction case. They’ve beat every case brought against them so far. We’re supporting Alex because the landlord is fabricating accusations against Alex and trying to attain a restraining order against him and evict him using that strategy since he’s been unable to evict Angelica, her son Alex, and their family through eviction court. The property owner is pursuing a restraining order while simultaneously pursuing a eviction case. Angelica, Alex, and their family are not letting themselves be intimated to move and end up out of their home. The landlord loses the cases because he has no legal basis to evict them. His incentive is greed and making more money from the property at the expense of a family who’s made a life for themselves in this home.
