We have been working with Missing Dogs Massachusetts (MDM) since Tanner got loose on 7/28, have hung close to 100 flyers and have posted him on every site and page we can think of. The standard protocol is to wait for a sighting and then set up cameras and a trap in the area. However, he has been missing for 15 days now with no sightings. Our contact at MDM has been wonderful and shares our concern and frustration. We agreed that it is now time to go out searching. Our concern is that he is hiding or worse, stuck somewhere.

We are organizing a group of volunteers for Saturday morning, 8/15 to search. We will go house by house along the water and check in and around everything in the backyards. We will of course knock on doors to get permission from the homeowners that have not yet given us permission. Our hope is to get enough volunteers that we can extend the search area. We have no reason to believe he has left the area and considering there is a source of water there, we feel there is a good chance he is still there.

If you have the Ring app and live anywhere near Raynham please post for people to check their cameras for the last couple of weeks for a sighting. Apparently, you can only post a missing pet in your own area, so we need people to post in Raynham and surrounding towns.
