We all know what it feels like before we lose it. But how do we get there?
“To me sustainability means I need a few minutes throughout the day where I am not being touched by little ones. When I’m touched-out I have a silly word I can tell my husband and he knows to lean in and give me space. The silly word helps keep things light and gives me room to laugh in the moment.”

There is who we are before kids and then there’s who we are becoming after… this process can be daunting and there can be a time of grace, but what if…

We could sit with ourself before kids and thank her over dinner, coffee, or tea?

We could thank her for her ambition, the memories, the joy she was able to dip into to guide us to motherhood?

We could show her photos of what she was able to help us transition into and how much we’ve grown.
